Before returning the item

Provide your order number and the reason for your request. Do not ship a product without having received return instructions.

Product condition

If possible, keep the packaging, accessories, and product in a condition that allows for its return in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Refund

After receipt and processing of the return, the refund will be issued according to the terms and conditions applicable to your order and the applicable consumer law.
